I offer a gentle, grounded and sacred approach of spiritual companioning that nurtures the exploration of deeper existential and spiritual questions that arise as we grow and evolve - including daily life challenges, the journey through grief, our relationship with Spirit, our understanding of religious beliefs, navigating transitions and thresholds, or general curiosity about the nature of our human experience and/or suffering.  My calling is to walk next to another, while serving as a guide and active supporter through the crossing of thresholds along life’s path and integrating ever-expanding awareness.  I am honored to journey with others on this path, as I continue to deepen and navigate my own.
